4) there should be no good hair impurities in the tank, and the lubricating oil in the oil tank should be replaced immediately if there is precipitation, scaling and water accumulation.
5) if the lubricating parts of oil cup are soft, each shift shall be at least two or more buttons.
6) it is forbidden to add water to the cooling liquid, and the cooling liquid should be added when the cooling liquid is insufficient.
7) the oil pan of the workbench, the tube of cooling liquid, and the network, should always remove the grinding debris, oil scale, sundries and so on.
8) pay attention to cleaning the debris, dust, oil scale and other parts of the guide rails and workbenches at any time, so as to ensure that the grinding machine does not occur in the operation.
9) check the grinding wheel regularly, and no crack grinding wheel shall be used. The position of the protective cover, grinding wheel and the loading card must be safe and reliable.
10) after finishing the work, we should carefully wipe the grinding machine, and apply a thin layer of oil on each sliding surface, so that no oil, dirt, dust and other debris should be used in all parts.
11) clean the workpiece, accessories and tools and put them in order. Clean the workplace.
