CNC roll grinding machine is an important supporting equipment for sheet rolling production, and its grinding precision and grinding efficiency directly affect the rolling quality and production efficiency. The grinding mechanism has the general characteristics of large cylindrical grinder, but is much more complicated than the movement of the cylindrical grinding machine, in addition to the grinding wheel and workpiece relative rotary movement, also requires grinding wheel, workpiece both relatively longitudinal motion. In order to meet the process requirements of the shape control, the roller surface bus needs to be processed into various special high power curves (such as CVC curve) according to different technological requirements. This requires that the grinding wheel and workpiece of the CNC roll grinding machine make a certain radial relative displacement. Therefore, it is very high requirement for the CNC roll grinding machine, and the precision of the machine tool is also high. At the same time, good grinding process parameters and grinding wheel and cooling fluid are also important guarantees for grinding accuracy and surface quality.

If the torque is not within the scope of the design requirement, the measuring block is replaced and the torque is measured until it meets the requirements. In addition, the compensating parameters of the reverse clearance in the numerical control system parameters can be used to compensate the screw gap, thus improving the transmission accuracy of the ball screw.
(3) improve the precision of spindle bearing of grinding wheel.
For the dynamic pressure bearing, the bearing is trimmed to make the contact point reach 12~14 point /25mm x 25mm, so as to ensure that the gap between the main shaft of the grinding wheel and the bearing is adjusted to 0.0025~ 0.005mm. For the static pressure bearing, the pressure of the bearing oil chamber before and after inspection is normal, and the clearance reaches 0.0025~0.005mm. Measuring with a micrometer, the radial runout of the grinding wheel spindle is 0.001~0.002mm.
